Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, Kathy Nishnic is a broker with the Lexington, South Carolina-based Mantei & Associates. In working toward income optimization for client accounts, Kathy Nishnic provides income analysis, tax-saving measures, and assistance with estate and retirement planning. Supporting these functions, she holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a registered Life and Long Term Care insurance professional.
Prior to joining Mantei & Associates, Kathy Nishnic held administrative roles with United States Air Force bases in Germany and Spain. While stationed at the Torrejon Air Base, she was charged with the procurement and budgeting of equipment for the gym, golf course, and other recreational activities.
Ms. Nishnic holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Troy University and is a member of the Shandon Baptist Church. She enjoys walking to maintain her health and has participated in several Breast Cancer Walks in Columbia, South Carolina. Her other hobbies include traveling and attending Broadway shows in New York.
